Is Teaching Easy?
Teaching may seem like an easy task to most people. Teacher's come to work, give a brief lecture, hand out an assignment, and then dismiss the class when needed. Sadly there are many teachers that do exactly that even though teaching is truly so much more. I believe teachers should have a drive to inspire kids to want to learn. If there is zero passion in the leader, morale will most definitely be low. Students won't care if their teacher doesn't have any interest either. Teachers that actually teach and care about what is being said and taught to their student work hard, in my own opinion. They go above and beyond to make sure each student is getting a fair amount of lecture and everyone is learning at the same rate even if it means the teacher needs to spend more time with each individual. Teachers are the stepping stones for our future and that is not something to be trifled with. Being lazy and just doing the work because it's part of your job as a teacher doesn't quite cut it and can mess with people's future potentially. So it teaching easy? Yes, it can be if you are lazy and just doing your job. No, if you actually care about others and want to see success in each of your pupils.
